1. Who we are

This website (getsoma.store) and the SOMA online shop (shop.getsoma.store) are operated by SOMA Beverages Pvt. Ltd. ("SOMA", "we", "us"), a company registered in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. You can reach us at getsoma.store@gmail.com or +91 97395 79930.

By browsing this website, placing an order, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Age policy (18+)

SOMA products contain less than 0.5% ABV and are legally non-alcoholic under applicable Indian food regulations. They are manufactured under FSSAI licence as a food product, not as liquor.

We nonetheless brew, market, and sell SOMA as an adult beverage. By using this site and purchasing our products you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where we reasonably believe the purchaser is under 18.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. The maximum retail price (MRP) and any current selling price are displayed on each product.

Prices, pack formats, and product availability may change at any time without notice. Obvious pricing errors on the site do not constitute an offer, and we may cancel and refund any order placed against an erroneous price.

Product imagery on this website includes digital renders and representative photography; actual packaging may vary.

4. Orders, payment, and delivery

Orders are placed through our online shop and are confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation. Payment is collected at checkout through our payment providers, or as cash on delivery (COD) where offered.

We currently deliver within Bangalore, India. Delivery is free on orders above ₹500; a standard delivery fee (currently ₹50) applies below that threshold. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Please check your order on receipt and report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours at getsoma.store@gmail.com.

5. Returns and refunds

Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns of opened products. If a product arrives damaged, leaking, expired, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. COD refunds are made by bank transfer or store credit.

6. Subscriptions

Subscription plans renew monthly and are billed at the plan price shown at signup. You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date; changes take effect from the following cycle.

We may change subscription pricing or contents with at least 15 days' notice by email, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

7. Acceptable use of the website and API

You may not use this website to break the law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the service. Automated access to our public catalog is welcome through our documented interfaces (the MCP endpoint at /api/mcp and the nutrition feed at /api/nutrition) — these are provided read-only, without warranty, and subject to fair-use rate limits we may impose.

Orders and payments are always completed by a human on our checkout; automated agents may prepare carts and links but may not complete purchases on your behalf.

8. Intellectual property

SOMA, the SOMA wordmark, our can designs, beer names (including Sundowner, Juice Riot, Sunday Wit, and Dark Arts), photography, and all website content are the property of SOMA Beverages Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written permission.

9. Health disclaimer

SOMA is not an alcoholic beverage, but trace alcohol under 0.5% ABV is present, comparable to naturally occurring levels in kombucha or very ripe fruit. If you avoid alcohol entirely for medical, religious, or personal reasons, or if you are pregnant, please make an informed choice and consult a professional where appropriate.

Nutrition figures published on this site and in our data feeds are per-batch laboratory estimates and may vary within normal tolerances.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law to approach a consumer forum where you reside.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date shown below. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be notified by email.
