1. The fastest way

Email hello@getsoma.store if you would rather have a written record, want to attach a photo of a damaged delivery, or are writing about anything commercial.

We are a small pre-launch team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. There is no call centre and no ticket queue; there is a person. Please give us a working day before chasing.

2. Orders and deliveries

Include your order number if you have one. For anything about where a parcel is or when it lands, the Shipping Policy answers most of it, and for damaged, wrong or leaking items go straight to the Returns & Refunds page — there is a 48-hour window and a photo makes it immediate.

Pre-orders open — the first batch ships in Bangalore first. Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi, Ahmedabad, and Jaipur are next.

3. Wholesale, venues and events

Bars, restaurants, cafés, hotels, offices and event organisers should use the business enquiry form rather than the general inbox — it asks for the few things we need to quote, so it saves a round trip.

4. Press and media

Journalists and creators: the press page has the brand facts, founder details, logo files and can renders, plus what we will and will not say about the category. Anything not covered there, email us and say you are on deadline.

5. Complaints and grievance redressal

If something has gone wrong and the ordinary channels have not fixed it, write to hello@getsoma.store with "Grievance" in the subject line. Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we must acknowledge a grievance within 48 hours of receiving it and resolve it within 30 days.

Those are the statutory clocks, and we will hold ourselves to them. Nothing here limits your right to approach a consumer forum where you live.

6. Privacy and data requests

To access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw consent for marketing messages, email us and say what you want done. The Privacy Policy sets out what we collect and why.
