Tasting Guide

Getting the most out of a SOMA is not complicated, but a few details make a difference.

Serve at 4-7°C

Colder for Lager and Wit, slightly warmer for Stout. Straight from the fridge is right for almost everything.

Pour it out

Cans travel better, but the beer wants a glass. Tilt, pour down the side, straighten for the last third to build the head.

Smell first, then sip

Half of beer flavor is aroma. IPA smells like mango; Wit like orange peel; Stout like espresso. Take the sniff.
